So far, 195 people are dead and dozens more are missing after flooding devastated Western Europe.

Some of them saying it was just like a tsunami that left nothing standing grabbing cars and houses and trees and making them into piles of destruction.

This is the Fox News rundown, Evening Edition.

The scenes of destruction stretching for miles in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Those who survived jumped into action to help with combing through the rubble.
