Summary

It was supposed to be the start of jury selection in the Hunter Biden’s tax trial but in a surprise move the president's son pleaded 'guilty' to all nine counts. The defense has argued that Biden’s failure to pay taxes was a unfortunate byproduct of drug addiction and the prosecution has tried to show that instead of paying his taxes he spent money on cars, drugs and fancy hotels. A sentencing date has been set for December 16th of this year. FOX’s John Saucier speaks with Andrew Cherkasky, former federal prosecutor and military veteran, who says it will be a while before we hear all the details of the case.
