Prosecutors make their case against President Biden's son hunter in a federal court in Delaware

on charges of lying to avoid being told no when wanting to buy a gun in the throws of drug addiction.

And so it's really, the Constitution is really driving home this picture of Hunter Biden, which quite frankly he paints himself publicly in the book that he wrote.

This is the Fox News rundown evening edition. It's day three of the federal trial of Hunter Biden on firearms related felony charges.

The son of President Joe Biden has spent years in the hot water of public

scrutiny which has surrounded his admitted drug use in his wild lifestyle and

while the first son who is a 54 year old man is under investigation for business

dealings and is facing prosecution on tax charges, this trial in Wilmington and the

Biden family home state of Delaware has to do with drugs and an infamous laptop

computer but also a federal form filled out when you need a background check to

buy a gun in the United States. The form is one that appears to have been signed in October of

2018. That's what Hunter Biden was purchasing a gun in Wilmington, Delaware.

Fox News correspondent Rich Edson is at the trial in Wilmington.

When he did so on this form, it's federal form,

but it asks you, have you ever, or are you, not have you ever, are you not have you ever are you using drugs basically is what it asks and that form that

Hunter Biden's name is on has clicked off. No and the problem is is that Hunter Biden through his audio book

through his family through his friends it is well known that Hunter

Biden was a pretty serious drug addict several years in that era.

And so prosecutors have charged him with lying on that form, lying to a gun dealer and for possessing illegally a firearm.
