Election night Tuesday proved to be a big win for Democrats who won a number of different races,

most notably the race for mayor of New York City.

There was a lot of momentum from the left, and a big push in this election

means Republicans have a lot of work to do if they want to have success in next year's midterms.

The tacticians in the Republican Party and also the Democratic Party will be studying

the exit polling, the data that come out of this election to see how to go forward into next election.

Zoran Mamdani, a Democratic Socialist, will be the next mayor of New York City after a resounding win

that Fox News

decision desk had him clearing a whopping 50% of the vote.

The mayor elect speaking about victory this morning in Queens and what he's planning on doing.

someone else or whether they felt too disappointed by the political
