The nation was shocked last week by the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk,

killed while holding an event in front of a large crowd on a college campus in Utah.

The Utah County District Attorney announcing charges today against a 22-year-old suspect,

and they've got a ton of evidence against this guy, and may even be onto a possible motive. It's always better when a prosecutor

can provide motive. They don't have to. It's not an element of any crime, but when they can

prove a motive, it's easier for a jury to wrap their head around the criminal event.
