We are the most welcoming country in the history of the world.

And we're not saying that we don't have a place for people who are

beat the statutory bar, but my contention is that that bar should be, you know, reserved for those who truly

meet it, of which there are many. Right now it's just a vector for legal immigration to come in

and cause up the system.
