FOX's Eben Brown speaks with Victoria Coates, Vice President of the Heritage Foundation's Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy, and was the former Deputy National Security Advisor during the Trump Administration, who says it is a very troubling situation that needs to be addressed in a way that gives Iran a clear message.
