General charges have been filed after all against Alec Baldwin and an armorer that

were on the set of the film Rust in New Mexico when a gun was part of a rehearsal scene

went off and killed the cinematographer.

This was a lengthy investigation and we're next expecting what could be a very interesting

and dramatic trial.

Shooting a cold gun towards somebody when you're rehearsing or shooting a movie scene

is not a crime.

The crime is what happened before it got to Alice Baldwin's hand.
