With this technology, nobody needs to do the swab either, so it's actually safer for medical workers because they don't have to expose themselves

as closely to a potential COVID patient.

This is the Fox News rundown, evening edition. Most people getting tested for coronavirus will take a PCR test.

This involves having a long swab put up both nostrils and down the throat.

Texas A&M, along with the US Air Force, have developed a COVID-19 breathalyzer that could make the

traditional PCR test a thing of the past.

This company in Dallas called World Inc developed this technology that essentially

a breathalyzer.
