observation this year.

Heavy clashes resumed Sunday in Yemen between Huthi rebels and pro-government forces.

The new violence left more than 45 people dead and was an indicator that ongoing efforts

for permanent ceasefire are fleeting.

The Civil War continues to harm Yemen's vulnerable population and the United Nations is

warning of dire consequences if international efforts for peace and aid are not increased.
