Danger can be lurking around any corner.

And for the most part, people are not out seeking it.

Yeah, there are some crazies out there trying to pick a fight or do something for no reason.

But us normal folk, we prefer to just live our lives as carefree and safe as possible.

But unfortunately, we can't always be safe.

Driving down the road on the way home from work,

you might cross past with someone who thought happy hour started at lunch

and decided to drive home after downing five too many.

Or you can be asleep at home when you hear the crash of someone breaking a window for your home, trying to get in to steal

items and possibly do you harm. There can be a near unlimited amount of scenarios. Those scenarios,

though, they're the ones that police officers respond to.

When you need help, the officers are rushing to be the ones to help you. When you hear shots

being fired and people start running away, officers are running towards the danger zone. And

sometimes, the danger is actually seeking the officers.

They have to always be on alert, head on swivel, and always have an incredible sense of situational awareness.

In this episode, I'll be talking about some more incidents of where the danger is right in front of the officers.
