So I'm writing this after I just took a short walk outside.

I tend to feel pretty sluggish by mid-afternoon, and I know that getting some physical activity will help me focus for the rest of the day.

I can run on the basement treadmill, but my kids have taken over that room for their virtual schooling so best not to disturb them.

In any case I prefer to avoid the mill and go outside when at all possible.
