sharing their passion for plant-based.

But, Ivana's podcast recommendations are so wonderfully varied

and luckily includes some new shows that I myself cannot wait to sink

We chatted about Ivana's inspiration for launching

the chickpeas as well and how we can all be living in ways that are kinder and more compassionate

to animals and the earth. So without further ado, let's get Castaway with Ivana Lynch.

Ivana Lynch, welcome to Castaway. Thank you. Glad to be here. I love, love the idea of a podcast to my podcast. So great. I know. And there's so many podcasts out there. And what I love is we're on series three now. And I'm always surprised. There's always new podcasts I'm learning about. Yes. I thought we do one series and should we run out a podcast, but there's a lot out there, isn't there, Havana? There's so much. It's overwhelming now. Like I used to be the person who the minute a podcast I liked would come out, I would listen to it and, you know, I had that routine. But you just can't do that when you listen to 10 podcasts. It's really, it's a lot. And sometimes I have to take a break and be like, I'm not going to be ruled by my podcast list.

to do. But yeah, it is amazing how there's just so many things to learn about and so many

podcasts that like weird things that people are obsessed about and you just can kind of find

these little communities. It's awesome.

And I think sometimes you're surprised by what interests people. And I know you've,

yourself, before I talk about your recommendations, you yourself have brought out a few podcasts in the past and, you know, talking about veganism. You've spoken about that. And,
