And I think that it's clear that Brett Beatty has proven everything he needs to prove

a AAA as an offensive player.

So to me, the only positive of being in the minor leagues right now is

continuing to learn second base. By the way on Sunday he was 0 for 4 dropping his

batting average in AAA to 429 and his OPS to 1,217.

By the way, Louis San Hellecoña played center field.

2 for 5 raised his average to 260, 682 OPS.

So he is continuing to play well and bring his numbers up but I think what I would do with Brett

Beatty is this I would send DJ Stewart down at the triple A immediately and I would recall Brett Beatty.

And I would do that for two reasons.

Number one, Brett Beatty can hit at the major leagues.

Or I'm sorry, Brett Beatty has proven he has conquered the offensive question at AAA.

He now needs to prove he can hit the major leagues.

Brett Bady is a better offensive option than D.J. Stewart.

Brett Beatty right now, considering his age, considering his potential, considering what

he's done at AAA, and considering how DJ Stewart has done very little in the last month and a half

other than draw walks and have a really good eye and bitch and moan when a strike is called on him and then politely ask CB Buckner please wipe home plate because you're bad at your job.
