match just completed a horrific horrible road trip. They split a series in Philly but it felt worse than that. They

lost two out of three in Miami but it felt worse than that and they just lost all

three games to Cleveland including blowing a three nothing lead late when

Jose Quintana gave up a bomb of a home run of the former met Andrei S.

Jimenez also in this game the Mets saw I'm trying to remember who it was oh Harris and

Bader got drilled early in this game and it was right after a home run by Jeff

McNeil and Bader was pissed you know Bader looked like he was angry actually said something

to Tristan McKinsey, the Cleveland Guardian pitcher.

And so I think any med fan who was still watching this game

probably thought to himself, I wonder if they'll retaliate now

Harrison Bader did hit a home run in his next that bat which is great payback

but they never really retaliated.

There was a hit batsman, I think by Adam Onovino when he imploded,

but clearly that wasn't a purposeful pitch.

So let me just start with this.

I don't need the Mets to always retaliate. I just don't

want them to get bullied. So in this case I'm actually not that upset because

the guy who got hit who was annoyed hit a home run is next time up.

And he pimped it and it was almost like, okay, open and shut, this case is over.

The problem is they couldn't add to their three nothing lead and they couldn't hold their three nothing lead and so the New York Mets and obviously this is a game I'm not watching as closely as the first two because I'm trying to do an entertaining radio program with Sean Morash, Tiki out for the day he's

back tomorrow, but the bottom line is I want them to find a way to win. They're 21 and 28 and
