And of course, I'm talking about our dear friend Craig Carton, who yesterday uttered that phrase, no one else is talking about. Now, unfortunately, for him and everyone else, we got eyes and ears everywhere. So we like to fact check things. So instead of the inverse of, I'm not sure if anybody else has said this, the inverse of, nope. No one else is talking about this. So Craig was making a point about the Knicks. And clearly it gets all those NICs points from the IBO known as me. Here's what he said that no one was talking about. So again, no one else is talking about it. And we have the Celtics tonight

and then two other games left this year. Then the playoffs are going to start. But you could make

a valid argument that the four seat is better for the next than the three seed. So just keep that

in the back of your mind. Yeah, because no one else is talking about it. That's odd that he would say nobody else.

This is still a young team with a lot to prove. If you're playing them in the conference finals, they've proven plenty. They would have beaten Cleveland to get there. So, again, I know it's a loser mentality to say this, but I think the Knicks are better off drop it a four. Nobody else is talking about it. Now, by the way, I know Craig so well, I know if he heard this how we'd respond, he'd be like, no one listens to you, Evan. Which, by the way, fine. But that's the beauty of having eyes and ears everywhere.

And he's, by the way, the point makes sense. Like, that's all it is. Now, the good news is, because I understand the loser

mentality and not wanting to do it and not wanting to lose. You never want to lose. It is pretty much

over now. The Knicks are going to be the three-seat. If they beat the Toronto Raptors, they can

actually kind of control who they face based on the fact they are playing the Raptors because

their opponent's either going to be Toronto or Atlanta. And quite frankly, if you ask me, it's Tweedle D or Tweedledum. I think the Knicks would beat either team. I think they're better matched up against Toronto, but I am certainly not concerned about Atlanta. I just think it's a longer series with Atlanta. I think Atlanta's got more six-game series in them than Toronto.

I think they can make quick work at Toronto.

The Toronto Raptors, to your point about the Knicks doing quick work, I mentioned much earlier in the show.

This season, when the Knicks face other top six seeds in the east, they were 11 and 6.

Last year they were 6 and 12, so clearly a huge difference between their performance. And then if you look at their record against just winning teams or the other top three seeds in the east, the Knicks are good and they're better than they were last year. The Raptors, it's extreme. Like, they are bullies. And so, and then obviously the Knicks have beaten them four times. Which I don't put a lot of stock in, so I even hate saying it. They're just a better team.
