I pretty much despise Instagram, but I'm like, you know what?

It's a good platform.

Everybody's addicted to it.

I need to just do it.

need to suck it up quit complaining and just do something be helpful you know I like to be a

producer of content rather than a consumer but I'm like well what the heck do I post I'm not like a

lady who dresses up and like puts on hats and look at my cute new earrings click the link in

the bio to buy it that's just

not me so i'm like what the heck can i do so how about just ask some people on my stories if you

have any health questions and i received over a hundred almost immediately which was amazing so thank

you for participating if you are on the platform follow me there and you can participate too but

i gathered a bunch of these questions.
