I want to be honest with Tommy, with Sean, with everybody.

I have said to Tommy Lugower that Jason Kidd taking the Knicks job would not bother me,

despite him being an all-time legendary net,

and that I wouldn't get bothered until the Knicks are on the precipice of winning a championship with Jason Kidd,

and then, yes, it would kill me. It would just conquer my soul as a sports fan to see Jason

Kid coach the Knicks to an NBA title. And that's how I felt. That's what I believe. Like,

this does not bother me until last night. Why would happen last night? So the way I really

determine how I feel about things is when I wake up and I think something happened.

So last night I was sleeping and I woke up in a cold sweat believing that Jason Kidd was officially named the head coach of the New York Knicks.

And my reaction to it was anger, was jealousy, was disgust,

and that's how I knew. Tommy, you're right. I don't want Jason Kit to coach the next.

Now, this is me as the Net fan talking, not the IBO. I gave you my IBM thoughts. I think it's

a blah hire. I think it's okay. It's got its positive. It's not a disaster.

It's not amazing. That's the IBO opinion, which I will bring back in just a few minutes.

But for now, as a net fan, let me tell you, I don't want this to happen. This is a nightmare scenario.

I cannot have Jason Kidd coaching the New York Knicks. I cannot live in a world in which Coach Kidd is holding up the

Larry O'Brien trophy on a float down the streets of New York City. Can't have it happen,

won't have it happen. So Tommy, I give you credit. You were right, sir. I hate it. I don't want

it. I have a stomach egg. If you're a net fan around Evan and Sean's age and you're in your late 30s, early 40s,
