especially after their previous history with really three potential probably Hall of Famers.

And now they're all gone, and now they're probably going to win an NBA title.

And a part of that, without boring into specifics on this, is the way the salary cap is laid out.

Carl Anthony Towns is going to get pay increases every year.

McKell Bridges is eligible for an extension this summer.

And so they're going to go over the first apron.

They're going to go off for the second apron.

It's going to be tougher to build kind of things around this core.

So that's why when you put it together and you have guys on team friendly deals,

you've got to take advantage of it.

You better win now.

And that's why it comes back to this wasn't a disaster. I wouldn't use that word.

It was a big missed opportunity.

A big one. And there's a good chance

that as optimistic as you want to be
