Once again, Bruce Feldman is not with us.

He is still an indie, still at the combine.

Hopefully we'll get him back, I don't know, by June, Ralph.

Maybe at some point.

He's got, like, benching to do.

I've heard he won't run the 40, though. I think he's off the board. He might throw at the combine, though. We're still not sure about that. I actually think he's going to do pretty well with the benching. He's very fit for his age. So we're going to talk today about I finally got around to my annual grading the coaching hires column.

And Ralph, as always, has some bonus to pick whenever Bruce or I do rankings or grades

of some sort.

We will get to your mailbag questions.

First, we're going to hit some items at the top of the news, which once again

involve quarterbacks either suing or being sued. And we'll get to a couple of those. First,

Ralph, this one kind of came as a surprise me, but the NCAA announced that they are proposing

some pretty stiff penalties for programs that would try to get a player,

a transfer outside of the transfer portal.

And so maybe this will go down as the Xavier Lucas rule, right?

He kind of was the first one to do that.

And there has been a lot of thought that this spring,

there's no more official spring portal window,

but what's to stop a guy from unenrolling in his school

and enrolling at a new school and suddenly he's on the team?
