Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show.

Today's episode is a little bit of a different kind of episode.

We are not going to specifically talk about the Yankees continuing to beat the twins,

at least after one game in the series.

Scott and I will be talking about the Twins series Friday.

But today, we've got producer Ilya with us, who is a newly married man.

So congratulations to Ilya. And we're going to be, this is a jumping off point from one of

the topics we were discussing on the last episode about Cashman's ability to acquire starting

pitching and how, I mean, the Tayaan move looks really good now,

but also the fact that the Yankee's starting pitching has been the best in Major League

Baseball. Other than that one random rogue blog on fan graphs that projected the Yankees

rotation to be the number one in baseball this year. I don't think many

experts, quote unquote experts, including you and I, Scott, if you want to categorize this as experts,

would have said the Yankees would be the number one rotation. We thought it could be a strength,

but not number one, and that's what it's been. No, I definitely put myself in the doctor category before I say expert in any other area.

But no, it's been unbelievable.

It's certainly worth us taking a deeper look.

And I think that when you look at Cashman and the criticism that you have of him and the entire fan base it always gets gets placed around starting pitching that's
