Yo, what's up?

0:16.5

It's Thursday, November 6th, week 10 officially starting tonight.

0:22.7

But since it's this point in the season, I've realized I'm getting more trade questions than maybe at any other point of the year.

0:30.2

Obviously, it's crunch time, five weeks left in the fantasy football regular season.

0:33.7

A lot of trade deadlines approaching.

0:36.2

And what I've noticed, and this is not a buy,

0:38.3

sell type podcast, this isn't trade targets, five guys to target in trades right now.

0:45.1

It's none of that crap. Instead, what I've noticed is a lot of times there are trades that

0:50.9

have players in them. Well, I'm not that impressed by. And sometimes it's even, hey,

0:56.5

this guy got dropped. Who should I drop to pick him up? So I wanted to actually go through some,

1:03.5

you know, sort of marginal or fringe fantasy options. So basically in my head, these are guys who

1:10.0

are flexes or close to flex territory.

1:12.8

They may not be flexes in your lineup, but for me, a flex is RB25 to RB36, and then we can go to

1:19.1

guys outside of that. And then the same thing for wide receivers, it's wide receiver 37 through 48,

1:25.1

and then we can go to guys outside of that. These are marginal guys who may or may not be roster or may not be thrown into trades that you're receiving some of these trade offers. And like, do you really want these guys? So I kind of wanted to go through and give some thoughts on each of them. And in a lot of ways, this goes right back to fantasy football drafts. Because if you remember, if you've been listening to this podcast all along and you're not kind of joining along the way, if you are, by the way, welcome. But if you've been listening all along, the number one thing I talked about during fantasy draft season was knowing the profiles of the players. And there are certain profiles of players that just are not optimal

2:01.6

and there are some that are some that we want to go after and you know some that we want to avoid

2:06.3

so in a lot of ways it's the same idea here and i wanted to break these guys down now i will say i'm

2:11.8

not going to do quarterback or tight end like hey if you have a good tight end you're in a good spot if not

2:16.3

you're streaming right if you have bowers tight end, you're in a good spot. If not, you're streaming, right? If you have Bowers, McBride, Tyler Warren, Ronde Gadsden, Leporta, Kittle, that's probably it. Then you're, and yeah, including Jake Ferguson, I really think we're going to see a decline in his numbers with CD Lamb back. Otherwise, you're kind of playing it week to week. Now, some of these guys, you can play week in and week out. I wouldn't feel overly confident about Travis Kelsey, but it's okay. Same thing with like Kyle Pitts or Dalton, Kincaid, Ferguson, but I don't love it, right? But there's not much you can do there. Like, it's very different than running back and wide receiver, and you're only starting one of those guys. Same thing at quarterback. In a lot of instances, you're probably okay if you have Allen, Jackson, Mahomes, Hertz, you're good. If you have Drake May, you're good. If you have Justin Herbert, you're good. Dak Prescott, I think you're fine. Baker Mayfield, I think you're fine. Daniel Jones, I think you're fine.

3:08.2

Bo Nix.

3:08.6

I think you're fine.
