Means Committee released a markup of their proposed budget reconciliation bill.

So this is the $3.5 trillion budget that Democrats largely hope to pass alongside the smaller

and separate infrastructure bill.

If there are changes to the US EV tax credit, the budget bill is what will carry those changes.
