After all the chat, regards to referees last weekend,

I was in your Saturday night for the Dragons against zebra fixture, and I thought Luke Pierce was absolutely unbelievable in that game.

It's communication with the players, the quality of his referee in, and Iron Owing got knocked out at one stage.

They were trying to keep him on and then he was like, no, he needs to go out, get him off the field.

But he was excellent.

He's one of the world's best referees and I thought after all the stick we give officials on this pod last week against a couple of referees I think he was he was excellent and

goes to show a quality referee can really make or break a game and he was to give him credit excellent

I remember we saw him in Marseille before or after the Wales quarterfinals and he'd just

been informed that he wasn't getting one of the big semi-finals and just chat into him. Somebody like, well, he was absolutely

crestfallen, absolutely devastated.
