but we're back, we're re-energized, and we're ready to kiss our social lives away for a month

to bring you daily content throughout the Euros. Yes, you heard correctly, there will be daily

episodes coming throughout the tournament with lots of different guests and journalists plan for the show.

I love that you do this. I love following you along as you do this. I think I'm excited to see

who you get on other than me. And I will say, I'm with you. I needed a break as well. This is only

my second podcast today. So I'm taking it easy, essentially, mid-holiday for me, essentially.

I don't think you can take it easy, to be fair, because every time I message you on WhatsApp,

you're working. So, um, that's America. Yeah, in the Mad Max movies, you know, the guy who's

playing the guitar strapped to the front of the lorry while the, well, that's that guy that's my energy always on always on all the time well question has the euro fever

caught you yet i know as an american you'll be having an eye or two on on the cop America but i think

the euros are exciting right even for Even for those across the pond?

Yeah, I can't get too invested in Copa America. Honestly, I mean, I will when it's down to like Brazil versus Argentina, I guess. And I'm sure there'll be fun stuff to watch. I guess the upshot of that tournament, right, is that the games don't necessarily take place at the same time as one another. so you can really devote your entire life to just watching football as opposed to the other times of the year where you devote your entire life to just watching football. But like watching the U.S. get drugged, what was it, 5-1 against Columbia or whatever the heck it was? Like I'm not holding out a lot of hope for the U.S. men's team. I don't have particularly a high opinion of the U.S. men's team coach at the moment, manager. So no, I'll be completely into the Euros.

I have caught Euro fever, which is not the same as some of the other things that you can catch

related to football and related to being over there right now.

So no, I am all in, ready to go.

It is a nice excuse for me to have to tell my girlfriend, I'd need to watch three games a day

for work.
