It was a tense way to get there, and I have to say I, I am glad that I am not more invested

than I was because I can't imagine what it was like watching it.

Very. That's how exhausting it was and i mean i've made it you know i've tweeted a couple of times i said on the podcast that i've never really felt so strongly about england

but yeah today was just absolutely horrible there were a few moments when i when I truly realized what was at stake and just the thought of going out made me nauseous. So I'm so glad that, you know, ended up going for me in the end. Yeah, I mean, in a way, I almost feel like it's better being at the ground where there's the energy and the people around you and you're hugging and you're supporting and it's a day out versus the isolation of sitting watching the TV in a in a glass case of emotion just going through it.

It must have been torture and it gets started with England actually going behind.
