Hello, everyone. Welcome to this new episode of the PWC Taxbyte podcast. My name is Peter Drey, Global Tax Director in Pbucceles, and I welcome you to this new edition.

PWC, Stefan de Baetz, former OECD, now senior council holding, I must say, a very close finger

on the international policy developments, and Jean-Philippe van West, an expert in European

tax law, who is also extremely closely monitoring all these ongoing developments.

So it's definitely something that is going to trigger a lot of attention,

not only in international press, but definitely is going to impact the strategy

and the tax strategy of companies going forward.

So that's the reason for me chipping in, and I also saw Peter that a number of initiatives

are already planned to chip in the fourth quarter of this year, 21, others for 2022.
