We're doing the etiquettes of dua.

One of the important disclaimers to make, these etiquettes, although they are encouraged,

this is a bit confusing, they are not something that you should do all the time.

Meaning, from the sunnah we learn, the Prophet

system would sometimes do them and sometimes not do them. So the etiquettes are done when the

situation allows you to do so. You do not stop making a do a dua because you don't have the

etiquette. So for example, today we'll discuss very quickly.

One of the etiquettes is wudu.

And it's good you should have wudu.

But if you don't have wudu, do you not make doa?

No.

So one of the things we need to understand, today's talk and tomorrow's talk.

We're going to talk about certain adab.

These adab, if you have them, super good.

If you don't have them, still make doa. Is that clear? You do not stop making a doa

because you're not fulfilling one of these etiquettes. And in fact, the Prophet Sussam himself would oftentimes make Dua without doing all of these etiquettes.

So this is something that when you have the luxury, the time, when you have the circumstance,

you try your best.

And especially when you have a Dua that you really, really want, Istijab for, then yes,

you're going to make sure you check all the boxes.
