discussed on the show recently past guest Seymour Hersh posted an article at

his sub-stack claiming that the US was behind blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline that connected Russia

with Europe in response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. That story was

virtually ignored here in the US media while getting lots of traction

internationally overseas. One of the problems that people had with the article was that it was based

on one unnamed source in U.S. intelligence or maybe a former U.S. intelligence agent.

Now what many think is a clear response to the Hirsch accusation, the New York Times is reporting U.S.

officials are saying the pipeline was blown up by a pro-Ucranian group.

Of course Ukraine and President Selensky are denying any pro-Ukraineian group was involved.

In that New York Times story, at no point they mention Seymour Hershey's past reporting. So for those keeping score at home, Cy Hershey's past reporting.

So for those keeping score at home, Cy Hersh says the U.S. did it, the U.S. says Ukrainians did it, and nobody

seems to be suggesting the Russians were involved, which will likely further strain ties between the United States and Ukraine.
