So Bob, I have an interesting juicy ethics case sent to me by my malpractice insurance,

0:05.8

HPSO, and I thought, well, maybe I'll talk about this with Rebecca, but this one

0:12.1

involves something that you know about, so let's get into it, what do you say?

0:15.7

Is it about some ethical violation that I'm familiar with because I did it?

0:19.6

No, it has to do with DBT.

0:22.4

Oh, okay.

1:30.0

a marriage of having a therapist or a psychologist.

1:33.0

The counselor had recently begun working as a solo practitioner when she started treating a client,

1:39.4

a woman in her 20s, so we have a mental health counselor like yourself, Bob,

1:44.7

three years experience, which is unlike you, I was recently thinking we're getting into our

1:50.3

upper 20s years because we graduated in 97, but really we started practicing in 96 as interns,
