Hey there the guest this week is awesome Ethan Nick turn. He is a long time meditation teacher

all those pretty young guy but he was as you'll hear and he's very interesting on this

on this front he was raised in a Buddhist community a very interesting one and controversial

one and so he'll talk about that. And he's got a book which is going to sound light hearted

to you when I tell you what the title is but actually it is much deeper than you might

expect. The book is called The Dharma of the Princess Bride and he talks about how the

Princess Bride which is a cult favorite movie which I love and I think you're hard

pressed to find somebody who doesn't love if they haven't seen it. He talks about the Buddhist

themes and especially as it pertains to relationships in this movie in his book about the movie.

So but before we get to that in the in the discussion we talk a lot about this about
