So happy to be here, very excited to wake up in podcasts this morning, it's the earliest

type of podcast in a while, 9 a.m. got up bright and early, had a massive pain in my like

right shoulder blade that woke me up and not just a tight muscle, and it's not a pinch

nerve, but it's just like so tight.

I couldn't even like lay on my side because it was just, it was crazy.

So I've kind of just been up because of back pain, which I've never said that before,

I don't think.

So that kind of sucks.

I had to wake up and take some of the profan and I went ahead and got in my shower.

It's like, I don't normally, what is that?

A train?

What is going on?

Wait till I'm done podcasting somebody in my parking lot and my apartment has like one

of those like blast horns as their car alarm, like something that they obviously installed

to be extra, it's their car alarm.

So I mean, it just sounded like a train was barreling through my apartment parking lot

last night.

It was really annoying.

But anyway, I got my shower.

I just needed a hot shower.

I wanted to do something that might make my back feel better.
