What a great verse for us in our lives to live in this confidence and for us to share and we're to lead

others to life in Jesus.

So first, for confidence in our own lives, let this soak in 1, John 513.

You can know that you have eternal life.

Like, you don't have to doubt.

You don't have to wonder what's going to happen to you when you die.

You don't have to wonder if you have

eternal life today. We can know we have eternal life and it's not through our works, not through

how good a day we're having, not through what we do in the end, but through believing, trusting

in the name of the Son of God, through trust, through

faith alone in Jesus alone. This is the ground for our confidence when it comes to eternal life.
