time zone which is what I'll do right now. My show is live two to four

Eastern Monday through Friday on channel 106 on Sirius XM volume and it replays every night 10 to midnight Eastern and it also is on

demand for you to listen to anytime you want if those times don't work for you to

download or stream on the serious

XM app so there's all different ways to listen there is video content all the

interviews full shows.
