And I'm Antonio Dodge. We're continuing our series on all 16 Myers-Briggs personality types.

Today we're talking about the E-S-T-J. personality type in the Meyers Break system or the effectiveness

memory personality in the personality hacker system.

Each personality type is massively influenced by what's technically called their cognitive function stack.

And we want to go through the ESTJ cognitive function stack using a model that we call the car model. Now if you're

unfamiliar with this if you haven't listened to our previous podcast we

recommend going to our website and typing the word car model into the

search feature and that'll pull up articles and ways of understanding

what this metaphor is to better lay out

what a cognitive function stack is.

But basically what cognitive functions are is it's their mental wiring that influences

your personality type. We use the car model as an illustration to help

understand how that works.

In the car model, we have a driver process,

which is the most influential mental process

in each personality type.

And then we have its supplement,

which we call the co-pilot. Behind the co-pilot sits a 10-year-old and

behind the driver sits a three-year-old. The 10-year-old is the exact opposite of

the co-pilot and the three-year-old is the exact opposite of the driver process.
