a recent cognitive test, part of his full medical checkup, to take a swipe at his oval office predecessors

over North Korea. In an interview with Reuters, he blamed Barack Obama, George W. Bush,

and Bill Clinton, all, for their approaches to the rogue regime and the growing nuclear threat.
