times as we go through this study.

I think it's John McArthur who suggests that that's a great way to study the Bible, to take a book

of the Bible, a short one anyway, and to read it every day for 30 days and to let it get

engrafted into your system. I can't say I've read the whole book of Esther every day over the last 30 days and to let it getting grafted into your system. And I can't say I've read the whole

book of Esther every day over the last 30 days, but I have been immersed in the book of Esther.

And I hope you will be not only by listening to these programs, but also in your own quiet time,

getting into the word, reading it over and over and over again, and letting it speak to you.

Now, we're picking up today in chapter 2 of Esther, verse 12.

Esther has been taken into the king's harem in the palace, not in a desirable place, but

we're seeing that God is there with her, that God's providence is ruling and overruling and working behind the scenes

even when she doesn't realize it.
