So, Wednesday night, for those who might be new to this event, or even if you've come before, Wednesday night is very simple. It's just a home Bible study with a little bit bigger living room and a few more of us than would be in a home.

But this is how the church started in a home Bible study on a Thursday night.

And it's different from a weekend in that.

The weekend has worship and a sermon.

Wednesday night isn't really a sermon. It's not a talk. It's not a speech.

It is a Bible study. It is simply we go verse by verse, chapter by chapter, through the books of scripture because we believe that, well, as the prophet said, my people perish for lack of knowledge.

Jesus said to the leaders, you err not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

So we want to learn what the scriptures have to say, apply that to our lives.
