Do you all assume that people who are in fancy organizations are automatically competent

or are you more likely to assume that most organizations are not competent and well-run?

I think that the logical part of my brain would answer that question by saying that, no,

I don't think there's a ton of competence.

I think a lot of times the more institutionalized something is, the more that you calcify bad

decision-making processes, and a lot of times you got fancy paperwork and a nice look

on logo and everything, but there's chaos inside most institutions.

But the emotional part of me does not respond the same way.

If somebody comes at me and they got an outfit on, or if I get a letter, it's Bill and

there's a nice look and logo on there, and they're like, this service is rendered.
