Hello, and welcome to the Certified Mama's Boy podcast. I'm Steve Kramer. This is a feel good

podcast, by the way. And this is not a typical week of the show. In case you're new, not well,

well, actually, it's probably actually a great place for you to start because we're going to

take you back through some of the essential episodes of the over almost 300 that we've had this last

this last year and two months, three months. My mom is actually in Maryland with me for the very

first time. We had a good day today. We, well, actually, I was dealing with a car nonsense

today, which we'll get into when we do a regular episode. And we came home and took a long nap.

And then we we dinner left over. We went to lunch with Jess today. That was fun. And then we just left

eight leftovers when a walk went for a walk. And now we're about to go finish up the gorilla movie.

But so while she's here, we're not doing actual episodes, trying to enjoy every minute we have

together, we're doing the essentials week on the show. So this is basically some of my favorite

episodes, some of the certified fans favorite episodes, ones that like either it's good for us to

look back on or if you brand new or you haven't listened to all 300 episodes of the show nearly 300

episodes, these are good ones for you to kind of cherry pick and say like, okay, this is this was

definitely one that was impactful. Today, I want to go back to the episode that we did with Miguel.

Do you remember this one? This was right after the George Floyd thing. And this was I remember

all in I was in San Diego and everything was burning down. It was such a crazy, crazy time. And

we just talked about race and what it meant. And I thought it's one of my favorite episodes we've
