Hi.

A year ago, at this time, it was discovered that I had stage 3 colon cancer.

And they discovered that cancer was throughout my body.

I went through extreme chemotherapy treatments for over six months,

and during that time I became bedridden and I was in extreme

physical pain. It was the best time of my life spiritually. During that entire time I was in a

spiritual retreat within myself. It was profound. My question to you is, now that I'm healthy

and going back into the busy life that I had before,

what advice you would give to me or someone else,
