| 0:05.0 | And yet, President Trump is now trying to overturn the results of the election. |
| 0:11.0 | Asking electors in states where Biden won to vote for him instead, saying there was some kind of massive voter fraud, which there wasn't. |
| 0:20.0 | And leading Republicans, like Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, are still not in public at least, saying anything to stop Trump. |

| 1:18.0 | And McConnell's staff reportedly is now negotiating with Democrats on funding the government and a new round of COVID relief. |
| 1:27.0 | That's as 12 million more people could lose unemployment benefits by the end of the year. |
| 1:32.0 | But before any of that gets done, McConnell sent senators home early for Thanksgiving break. |
| 1:38.0 | Told them to stay healthy so they won't miss any votes when they come back. |
| 1:45.0 | So yeah, Mitch McConnell is still in the news, still making huge decisions that affect our lives. |
