how do you have this much energy? But I know how you do. That's correct. You know,

and Patty, I've been taking the weekends off. I just started doing that last, well, I guess

this will be my second weekend off. But I truthfully noticed like a huge, huge

difference in my, my just general overall mood because I don't have to worry about that stuff.

Like normally I operate on like three to four hours of sleep and I'm totally fine. It's not

enough. I know it's not enough, but, you know, I'm doing a lot.

And even still, you know, obviously I take the ESS 60 every single day.

And so I don't really notice it.

But when I actually did take two days off in a row and Lisa and I totally slept in, never happens.

On Monday, I felt like a new person i felt like you know totally

different i was like wow if i felt good before then like i feel fantastic now so i'm i'm looking

forward to it we've got a lot going on here in the country and obviously things are crazy i'm sure

you've been paying attention recently with uh the release from the do and the FBI. Everybody's trying to figure out

what the heck's going on. But, you know, I always, I always default to the idea that I'm not in

the government, okay? Like, I'm not read in on everything that's happening behind the scenes.

I truly believe that President Trump and his administration have got a handle

on things. And, you know, the one thing that I noticed when he and Bondi and Cash were like,
