It's been great to have Nick Wagner on the show.

ESPN, one of the great observer.

Observer is not the right word because it sounds so passive.

I think an excellent football analyst and reporter from ESPN and always working on something cool,

always insightful, always thoughtful.

And so, you know, we had the big end of season, Kyle and John Lynch, Kyle and John Lynch press conference. There's so much

to talk about from this thing going out the way they did, even for a team that had lowered

expectations to be beat by your rival that way, very frustrating frustrating and so there's a lot of really specific

stuff nick but you've you've seen every one of these now post right you've been at every single

post season review between john lynch and kyle shanahan what'd you think of this one yeah i mean

i thought it was i thought it was very informative and interesting. Obviously, there were certain, I mean, you talk about running the gamut. We're talking about, you know, players leaving and guys potentially staying in electrical substations. I mean, we got, we got a little, literally a little bit of everything in that in that press conference.

But I think for me, guy, the big takeaway, you know me, I'm, I like to think big picture,

like what's the what's the big takeaway here?

Because a lot of those things are just like smaller parts of the big picture, smaller pieces

of the puzzle.

And I thought there was, it was interesting to hear Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch both talk about

where this team is positioned going into this offseason.

And the reason I say that is because, and I wrote about this at the beginning of the year,

the Niners view things in kind of three-year cycles, right?

And this was the first year of a new cycle. So people call them

Super Bowl windows. The Niners call them cycles. And this, for them, they knew there's going to come
