No, I would say just to remember that you, like from a treetops thought, you do belong here. You do belong in this space.

And it's a lot of hard work. And it's as much, you get out of it, what you put into it,

especially the NBA, this is a business of being around and putting in the time and matching the time that

these players and executives put in.

But just because you don't see yourself often in any given space or maybe you wonder if you're,

it's one thing to be a woman or a black woman in a space. It's another

thing to feel like you are able to walk into a room with thoughts as women, being able to embody

the position of women and black women. But I think it's, it's the knowledge that I can tell you that you can.

And I will tell you that it's hard.

And I will tell you that there's days that it's the ugliest days of the days when the public is questioning the things that you've always asked yourself if you're good enough at and you're good enough for.

And it's hard

when that is being mirrored back at you on Twitter or wherever the case may be because you're

human and you're going to feel that. But there's someone who's felt it before you. There's someone

who's felt it just as deeply as you and there's someone who's going to be there to help you
