Hey guys, Guy here. Coming up on the show, a conversation with my old buddy, Joe Fortinbaugh.

I met Joe years ago when we both worked in Bay Area Radio together.

He is now the centerpiece, really, of ESPN's betting coverage.

He just got back from the PGA Championship.

He is their betting analyst, and he does a great job, and so it was great to catch up with him.

He's in Bristol, Connecticut, sitting in an old ESPN radio studio, getting ready for some TV.

He's got a lot of work this week.

And so we'll dive into things that are gambling, but also not gambling related.

The Niners winning more than 10 and a half games is a gambling thing, but it's also a real-life

thing. So I think he's got a lot of good stuff here, some other NFL picks he likes, non-Niner-related,

for those of you out there that gamble. If you don't gamble, I think you'll find it interesting,

too. He also gets into some explanations about

how it works. One other thing to mention, coming up on Wednesday, on the YouTube and in the podcast

feed, probably Thursday, will be a little something I did. You know, Chris Sims said that

everybody in the league would take Baker-Mayfield over

Brock Purdy. And so I texted people around the league, and I'll tell you the conclusion

of that coming up a little later, not in this show, but in the next one. But I did see

pro football focus put out its quarterback rankings today about Purdy.

They wrote Purdy may be a product of the system, but he still led one of the most efficient

offenses.

The past three years posted the league's top success rate over the past two years and

seventh best PFF grade.
