My name is Mike Cass and I'm an alcoholic, it's good to be here tonight, it's good to

be sober and to see some of you have known from other meetings it's a pleasure I hope.

Hope everyone had a nice day today, whether you celebrate Easter or don't celebrate

Easter or did anything or not that it just wasn't a torturous day, that's my wish for

myself most days anymore.

I have forgotten I was speaking tonight so I've been told about 30-30 I was having

a really pleasant day and then I got the reminder message and instantaneously started

thinking I think I'm sick, I'm not sure, I think I might be too sick to speak, I hadn't

felt bad up until about well then and then I did the right thing that I was supposed

to do, I appreciate you Lee for letting me, reminding me honestly I did forget it was

tonight, I thought it was next week for some reason, but you know one of the things that

I've been taught in our parks anonymous and I try to practice this maybe more than anything

else even when I'm not doing well, even when I'm not happy, it doesn't make much difference.

I was told that one of the most spiritual things any of us can do is to do what we say

we're going to do, to be where we say we're going to be, to show up when we say we're

going to show up and to just do it.

And I try to do that, I remember here in Clancy many years ago saying it's as much easier
