0:34.6	Okay, I believe that I have three things to act in my life to keep me comfortable on my
0:39.2	own skin and those three things are a sobriety date.
0:42.6	My sobriety date is January 6, 1996 and the second thing is a home group.
0:55.8	My home group is the Chicago Facts Hall group and we meet in Chicago, Illinois and Wednesday
1:00.1	at 7 p.m. to an open speaker meeting, similar to this, not as many people and it's a structured
1:07.8	meeting of alcoholics and otomest, that's not very structured, that's geared toward
1:12.2	young people and alcoholics and otomest, that's not really young people's meeting.
1:16.1	And all I can tell you about that meeting is that everybody has manners which is what
1:21.4	I looked for and alcoholics and otomest for a long time and couldn't find.
1:25.0	I couldn't find it in myself, let alone at a meeting and I'm sure it's probably because
1:29.8	I wasn't really looking for it but my meeting, my home group today has manners and that's
1:34.2	a big deal and the third thing is a sponsor and my sponsor's name is Polly and I always
1:40.7	say this but she knows where I am tonight, obviously, but I always say that and I always
1:47.9	say that because for most of my sobriety I was unaccountable to a sponsor and I'll
