Hi, my name is Kathy, I'm an alcoholic and today I know that 100% I know in my innermost

soul that I'm an alcoholic in the illusion that I can drink like other people is smashed.

And I spent almost 13 years in this program and didn't know that.

I thought that I was 90% as me thought I was an alcoholic.

80 to 90% at any given time thought I was an alcoholic but that was just enough for what

my sponsor called Slick, the disease for Slick to get in there and after almost 13 years

for me to think it was okay to drink again.

And I'll talk about that more in my story.

Like I said, my name is Kathy, I'm an alcoholic, I sponsor, I have a sponsor, I have the best

home group in the world, the fifth edition.

I love this home group and I've just been a member for about three months and I've been

looking for a home group like this for years.

So it's just, you know, it's wonderful and all I can say is that you're not proud of

your home group and love your home group and get another one because I've never felt

so plugged in before to a home group.
