I'm not sure that I can live up to all these nice things that you have said about me.

It puts a pretty big load on a drunk's shoulders, you know.

I generally get accused of talking too loud, and I may not need that, or I may blow a fuse

for you, but I hope not.

We heard a nice prayer from a gentleman of the cloth.

I have a little prayer from a drunk that I would like to give at this time.

Thank you God for this day's sobriety, and thank you for the good things you have given

me.

And thank you God for AA, and for the AA program, and help me God to share it with others.
